Oneleaf SAS ("Oneleaf", "we", "us" or "our") operates the Calorie Tracker by Oneleaf mobile application, the website www.calorietrackeroneleaf.com, and all related services, features and content (collectively, the "App").
Cancellation and refund methods differ based on the way you have subscribed to the App. Sections 1 ("Our policy for subscriptions purchased via our website") and 2 ("Subscriptions purchased via an app distribution platform") below are mutually exclusive: either one or the other will apply to your particular circumstances, but not both.
1. OUR POLICY FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS PURCHASED VIA OUR WEBSITE
A. Regular Subscriptions
If you are not satisfied with Calorie Tracker by Oneleaf, you may be eligible to cancel your regular subscription and receive a full refund, provided that you contact us within 30 days after the initial subscription charge. You are entitled to this money-back guarantee once; subsequent subscriptions purchased by the same user will no longer qualify.
B. Commitment Subscriptions
From time to time, we offer commitment subscriptions providing you with the option to subscribe to the App for a predetermined duration (for example 3 months, 6 months or 10 months) at a reduced price per month. Generally, commitment subscriptions cannot be canceled until the commitment period expires. The only exceptions are:
- you cancel based on the applicable cooling-off period in your jurisdiction (see Section 3 below);
- you contact
[email protected] within 7 days following the date you purchased a commitment subscription and request cancellation. In this case, you will still be charged the applicable price for the first month of your commitment plan, but you will not be charged for any subsequent months.
If none of the above exceptions apply, you will need to pay a non-refundable cancellation fee of €29.99 (or its equivalent in any other currency) to cancel before expiration of the commitment period.
C. Applicable to both Regular and Commitment Subscriptions
Following receipt of your refund application, we will notify you by email whether your application has been approved. If your application is approved, we will use your original payment method to credit the refund. Refunds typically take around 14 days to be processed; the exact timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.
You must cancel your subscription no less than 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Your purchased subscription does not cancel automatically if you delete the App — you should cancel the subscription before deleting the App.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS PURCHASED VIA AN APP DISTRIBUTION PLATFORM (APP STORE, GOOGLE PLAY, ETC.)
If you purchased your subscription via an app distribution platform, you must cancel your subscription and request any refund via that platform. Please reach out to Apple or Google (or the other applicable platform) directly with any cancellation and refund requests.
- Apple App Store: Apple is typically able to honor refund requests within 30 days from the purchase date, at its discretion. Customers who subscribed through the App Store will need to contact Apple directly at https://getsupport.apple.com.
- Google Play Store: customers who subscribed through Google Play will need to follow the instructions at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637.
Oneleaf cannot issue refunds for subscriptions purchased through an app distribution platform; only the relevant platform can.
3. COOLING-OFF PERIOD
This Section relates only to subscriptions purchased via our website. If you purchased your subscription via an app distribution platform, please contact that platform.
Many states and countries impose regulatory or legislative requirements that enable consumers to request a cancellation and refund during a so-called "cooling-off period", and we respect your rights in this regard. The terms and applicable cooling-off periods differ from state to state and between countries. The below examples are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not exhaustive. The applicable laws of your jurisdiction always prevail. We endeavor to examine and process all refund requests based on cooling-off periods on a case-by-case basis.
A. California and Connecticut
If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel your subscription at any time prior to midnight of the third business day following the purchase date, we will fully refund your payment.
B. European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom
If you are an EEA or UK resident, you have in principle the right to cancel your subscription and request a full refund without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from your purchase date (the "Withdrawal Period").
IMPORTANT — Loss of the right of withdrawal for digital services. At the time of purchase, you may be asked to expressly consent to the immediate start of your subscription and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you provide such prior express consent and acknowledgment, and the service has started to be performed (i.e., your subscription has been activated and you have been granted access to the App), your right of withdrawal will no longer apply to that subscription period, in accordance with Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code and Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Where the right of withdrawal does apply, you may exercise it by informing us of your decision in an unequivocal statement, sent by post or email as indicated in Section 3.D below.
C. Other jurisdictions
Consumers in other jurisdictions may benefit from similar cooling-off or cancellation rights under their local law. Where an applicable law grants you such rights, we will respect them. Please contact us at

D. How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal and refund based on an applicable cooling-off period, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from your subscription purchase by an unequivocal statement sent by post or email:

4. IMPORTANT
This Refund Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and is binding upon users upon acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Any translation of the English version of this Refund Policy is provided solely for your convenience. In case of any differences between the English version and any other translation, the English version shall prevail and shall be the only legally binding version.
