Oneleaf Health Apps Inc (“Oneleaf Health”, “we” or “us”) operates the “Oneleaf Health” mobile application, the websites (oneleafhealth.com), blog, and all related services, features and content offered by Oneleaf Health (collectively the “App”).
Cancellation & refund methods differ based on the way you have subscribed to the App. In sum, below are the possible ways to cancel your subscription and get a refund. Please note that Sections 1. “Our policy for subscriptions purchased via our website”, and 2. “Subscriptions purchased via an app distribution platform” are mutually exclusive, therefore either one or the other will apply to your particular circumstances, but not both.
1/ OUR POLICY FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS PURCHASED VIA OUR WEBSITEA. Regular Subscriptions
If you aren’t satisfied with Oneleaf Health, you might be able to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund. You’ll be eligible for this refund provided that you contact us within 30 days after a subscription charge (i.e. either the initial subscription charge or any subsequent subscription charge once the subscription auto-renews).
B. Commitment Subscriptions
From time to time, we offer commitment subscriptions providing you with the option to subscribe to the App for a predetermined duration (3 months, 10 months etc.) at a reduced price per month. Generally, commitment subscriptions cannot be canceled until the commitment period expires. The only exceptions are:
You cancel based on the applicable cooling off period in your jurisdiction (if any);
You contact
[email protected] within 7 days following the date you purchased a commitment subscription and request cancellation. In this case, you will still be charged the applicable price for the first month of your commitment plan, but you will not be charged for any subsequent months.
If none of the above exceptions apply, you will need to pay a non-refundable cancellation fee of $29.99 (or its equivalent in any other currency) to cancel before expiration of the commitment period.
Applicable for both A. and B. of this Section 1:
Following receipt of your refund application, we will notify you by email if your application has been approved. If your application is approved, we will use your original payment method to credit the refund. Refunds typically take around 14 days to be processed.
You must cancel your subscription no less than 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid getting charged any further.
Please be aware that your purchased subscription does not cancel automatically if you delete the App. You should cancel the subscription before deleting the App.
2/ SUBSCRIPTIONS PURCHASED VIA AN APP DISTRIBUTION PLATFORM (App Store, Google Play, etc.)If you purchased your subscription via an app distribution platform, you can cancel your subscription via the app distribution platform. To do this, reach out to Apple or Google (or other applicable app distribution platform) directly with any cancellation and refund requests. For example, Apple is typically able to honor all refund requests within 30 days from the purchase date (at their discretion). Customers who subscribed to our App through the App Store will need to reach out to Apple directly at https://getsupport.apple.com/. Customers who subscribed to our App through Google Play will need to follow the instructions at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637.
3/ COOLING-OFF PERIODPlease note: This Section relates only to subscriptions purchased via our website. If you purchased your subscription via an app distribution platform, please reach out to the app distribution platform.
Many states and countries impose regulatory/legislative requirements that enable customers to request a cancellation and refund during the so-called “cooling-off period”, and we respect your rights in this regard. The terms and applicable cooling off periods differ from state to state and between countries.
The below examples are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not exhaustive. The indicated cooling off periods below may change from time to time based on applicable laws. The applicable laws of your jurisdiction always prevail here. We endeavor to examine and process all refund requests based on cooling off periods on a case-by-case basis.
If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel your subscription at any time prior to midnight of the third business day following the purchase date, we will fully refund your payment.
If you are an EEA or UK resident, you have the right to cancel your subscription and request a full refund without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from your purchase date, unless you expressly consent to the immediate start of your subscription and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.
To exercise your right of withdrawal and refund based on an applicable cooling off period, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from your subscription purchase by an unequivocal statement sent by post or email:

To meet the applicable withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to contact us concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cooling off period has expired.
Please note that cooling off periods are generally not applicable for the following purchases:
Gift cards;
Courses;
Workbooks.
IMPORTANT STATEMENT
This Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use and shall be binding on the users upon acceptance of the Terms of Use. Any translation of the English version of this Policy is provided solely for your convenience. In case of any differences between the English version and any other translation, the English version shall prevail and shall be the only legally binding version.
